Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Wine

1 Gallon Recipe
10 Butterfly Pea Flower Tea bags (purchased from Amazon)
2 lbs. Sugar
1 tsp Yeast Nutrient
1 Camden tablet
1 yeast pkt. (I used ec-1118)
1/2 tsp Potassium Sorbate
Bring water to boil. Add tea bags. Boil 10 mins. Strain. Add sugar, and stir until dissolved. Let cool. Add nutrient. Let sit overnight and then add yeast. Let ferment until the gravity level reaches 1.000. Rack off as needed.
Before bottling add Potassium Sorbate. Do not add any acid of any kind or it will turn purple instead of staying blue!
